The right fit

For teams ready for a better way of working.

This service suits growing organisations that need dependable help and clearer ownership of their IT. We can provide your managed service or work alongside an existing IT person, with responsibilities agreed from the start.

  • Your team loses time to recurring issues, and you want the underlying causes understood.
  • You need a consistent way to look after devices, accounts and day-to-day support requests.
  • Your internal IT team needs support with specific areas or more capacity to focus on improvements.

What we can help with

Practical support.
Clear responsibilities.

We shape the scope around your users, devices and environment. The proposal sets out what is covered, how requests are handled and where planned work or additional services are needed.

01

A service desk for your people

A clear route for staff to ask for help with their everyday IT. Remote assistance covers the systems within your agreed service, while planned on-site support can be discussed where hands-on work is needed.

02

Device and lifecycle management

Keep track of the devices your organisation relies on and plan their upkeep. Support can include asset management, updates and patch management, alongside onboarding and lifecycle support as people and equipment change.

03

Monitoring and ongoing care

Device and network monitoring helps bring issues to attention. We agree the systems to be monitored, how alerts are handled and the maintenance responsibilities, so there is a clear way to follow up.

04

Reviews and practical advice

Regular service reviews connect support issues with your wider plans. We help you prioritise improvements, consider security and resilience needs, and build a roadmap that reflects what matters to your business.

Getting started

A considered handover.
A clear next step.

A useful handover starts with understanding your people and the technology they depend on. We agree the service before taking on responsibility, with a clear plan for access, documentation and communication.

  1. Understand your working day

We discuss your team, locations, current systems and recurring problems. If you already have an IT provider or internal team, we identify the responsibilities that need to move or be shared.

  2. Agree the scope and handover

We set out the support arrangements and priorities, then plan the information, access and setup needed. Your team knows how to request help and who is responsible for each part of the service.

  3. Support, review and improve

Day-to-day support and agreed management work start from a shared baseline. Reviews provide a place to discuss recurring issues, changes in your organisation and the next improvements to make.

Prepare for the conversation

A few details help us get started.

You do not need a perfect inventory before speaking to us. An outline of your environment helps us ask useful questions and recommend an appropriate level of support.

  • The approximate number of people and devices, including remote or hybrid workers.
  • Your main business systems and whether you use Microsoft 365.
  • Who currently supports your IT and any existing responsibilities or agreements.
  • The issues that cost your team the most time, plus any upcoming changes.

Useful answers

Your questions,
made clearer.

Talk to us about your environment and we’ll explain how the service could work for you.

What is included in managed IT support?

The scope is agreed for your business. Ranger One can combine user support, remote help, Microsoft 365 administration, device and patch management, network monitoring and regular service reviews. We explain the included systems, responsibilities and support arrangements in your proposal.

Can Ranger One work with our existing IT team?

Yes. We can complement an in-house team or take responsibility for specific areas. We agree who owns support requests, administration and planned work so your people have a clear route to help.

Is on-site support available?

We offer remote help and planned on-site support. We discuss your location and the work involved to agree a practical arrangement. Coverage and any on-site requirements are confirmed in your service proposal.

How much does managed IT support cost?

Pricing depends on your users, devices, systems and support needs. We first understand your environment, then provide a proposal that explains the service scope and costs. There is no single price that fits every organisation.

Can we move from another IT provider?

Yes. The starting point is to understand your current arrangements and plan a handover. We discuss the access, documentation, supplier responsibilities and timing needed before taking over the agreed service.
